What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, the option you choose under “I want to start with” (a faster month-end close, an AI integration assessment, SAP work, or “not sure yet”), and your primary ERP. Automatically, we collect basic usage analytics (pages viewed, timestamps). We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell personal information.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver engagements, and understand how the site is used. Form submissions generate an email notification to our founder and are stored in our database.

Attention OS — Google and Microsoft account data

Attention OS (aos.pursuitiq.com) is a separate, invite-only application. If you connect a mailbox to it, it reads your mail and calendar in order to show you your own correspondence, propose replies for you to review, and derive summaries such as who you have not spoken to recently. It is not used for anything else.

What it reads. With your explicit consent it uses the Gmail read scope, the Gmail compose scope (to create drafts — it cannot send without your click), and the read-only Google Calendar events scope. Microsoft 365 mailboxes use the equivalent Microsoft Graph permissions. It reads roughly the last 90 days of mail.

Where it is stored. On hardware we own and operate directly, not on a third-party cloud host. Message bodies and the access tokens for your mailbox are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM under a key unique to your account. Each user’s data lives in a separate database file.

What leaves the machine. Nothing, other than the requests to Google or Microsoft needed to read your mailbox. Your mail is not sent to any third-party AI service. The model that phrases answers and drafts runs on the same machine as the data, and a request carrying message content to any address that is not that machine is refused rather than sent. What that model is shown depends on what it is doing. To write a draft reply it is shown the thread it is replying to — that is how a reply gets written, and it happens for every connected mailbox. To answer a question you ask it, it is shown only derived facts — counts, dates, names, and how recently you corresponded — and never message content, unless you switch that on yourself. Web traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, which routes the connection.

Sending. Attention OS never sends an email without an explicit click from you.

Deletion. Disconnecting a mailbox deletes the mail and calendar data ingested from it. To delete your account entirely, email mike@pursuitiq.com.

Limited Use. Attention OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law, and humans do not read it except with your explicit permission, to resolve a fault you report, or where required by law.

Service providers

We use hosting (Vercel), database (Turso), and email delivery (Resend) providers to operate this site. Each processes data only to provide its service.

Retention & your rights

We keep inquiry data while it’s relevant to a current or prospective engagement. To access, correct, or delete your information, email mike@pursuitiq.com and we’ll act on it promptly.
